How do I cancel my subscription?

Effortlessly. To cancel your subscription head over to the settings on your device and select “iTunes & App Store”. Tap on your Apple ID, select ”View Apple ID” and click “Subscriptions”. 

Find Juno in your subscriptions and tap on it, before clicking on “Cancel subscription”. Simply confirm your cancellation and that’s all there is to it. 

You can start your subscription again anytime by logging back into the app and starting a new conversation with one of our specialists.
