FAQs / How do I cancel my subscription with Juno?

All subscriptions must be cancelled through The App Store or Google Play Store. 

For IOS: head over to the settings on your device and select “iTunes & App Store”. Tap on your Apple ID, select ”View Apple ID” and click “Subscriptions”. Find Juno in your subscriptions and tap on it, before clicking on “Cancel subscription”.

For Android: Go to your profile to find the subscriptions screen. Once there, you can click “Manage subscription” where you will be taken to The Google Play Store. Select Juno and then “Cancel subscription” to officially end your payment plan.

You can start your subscription again anytime by logging back into the app and starting a new conversation with one of our specialists.
