How do I get a refund for my Juno subscription?

We’re sorry to hear you want a refund. Unfortunately at Juno, we do not have access to Apple’s App Store subscriptions and are unable to process a refund ourselves. 

For IOS: To arrange a refund, please get in contact with Apple’s Customer Support directly at Get Support. Click “Billing & Subscriptions” followed by “Subscriptions & Purchases” to find the right path to contact Apple.

For Android: Please contact support@hellojuno.co.uk for any refund enquires as we have no control over Google’s Play Sotre subscriptions.

Why don’t my promotional codes work?

Apologies. If your promotional codes aren’t working, we feel your pain. Occasionally, this can be a problem with IOS and signing in with Apple pay. Whether you’re having an issue with IOS or Android, please send a message to support@hellojuno.co.uk and we will assist you with your promotional code.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Effortlessly.

For IOS: head over to the settings on your device and select “iTunes & App Store”. Tap on your Apple ID, select ”View Apple ID” and click “Subscriptions”. Find Juno in your subscriptions and tap on it, before clicking on “Cancel subscription”.

For Android: Go to your profile to find the subscriptions screen. Once there, you can click “Manage subscription” where you will be taken to The Google Play Store. Select Juno and then “Cancel subscription” to officially end your payment plan.

You can start your subscription again anytime by logging back into the app and starting a new conversation with one of our specialists.

How do I manage my subscription?

Manage your account with ease. With Juno, your subscription covers both midwifery & paediatrics. This means that no matter what point you are at with your pregnancy or parenting, you can utilise both services under one simple subscription.

How much does Juno cost?

We’re glad you asked. After an initial two week free trial, Juno costs £9.99 a month for midwifery and paediatrics. The subscription covers both specialities to deliver the very best family advice for every part of your parent journey.

When starting the 14-day free trial, you have the option to choose either a monthly or yearly subscription. When choosing the monthly subscription, you will be billed £9.99 per month, choosing the yearly subscription means you will be billed £49.99 per year – saving you over 58%!
